13th Anniversary Edition of the TMC, Fleet Feet Veterans Day
1/2 Marathon, 1/4 Marathon and 5k.
Our 1/2 marathon, 1/4 marathon and 5K courses start & finish on the Sabino High School track and travel the neighborhood roads at the base of the
beautiful Catalina and Rincon Mountains. Course maps are posted at everyoneruns.net. This event features chip timing, live music, finisher long
sleeve tech shirts, finisher medals for all runners and walkers, overall and five-year age group awards for the 1/2, 1/4 marathon and 5k, free custom
bibs (must register by 10/18/17), free Mexican breakfast, free photos, cheery volunteers, and one very scenic course. Half marathon course support
through 11:00 a.m. (3:45 time limit). A part of proceeds from this event will benefit local community groups and veterans assistance organizations.

Participant’s Agreement, Waiver, Release & Acknowledgment
I know that participating in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and
participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of
a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run or walk. I assume all risks
associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with
other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat or cold, traffic and the
conditions of the road, all such risks being known and understood by me. Having read this
waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for
myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Events for Everyone, LLC
(dba Everyone Runs) and its officers and agents, Pima County, Tucson Unified School District,
all event sponsors, their representatives and successors, and United States Track and Field,
its officers, directors, agents and employees from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising
out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or
carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the
foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this
event for any legitimate purpose.
