1 - Prices include delivery.
2 - Aluminum all-terrain stage, 4'x4' sections, 36 sections, adjustable height 24"-30". Incl. 2 stairs, delivery, set-up/tear-down. Contact the Maintenance Department at 277-0141.
3 - Propane is not supplied for grills OR heaters. Heaters available in variable sizes & BTU ratings.

Rental Agreement Terms
1 All invoices shall be paid in full upon delivery and/or installation of products and services unless other prior arrangements have been made.
2 Price include delivery, set-up and takedown in the Downtown Improvement District (DID). Additional charges will be added for non-DID rentals.
3 All equipment will be setup and installed by ADP Maintenance only. Customers are not allowed to setup or teardown any quiipment rented.
4 Installation area must be clear upon arrival of crew and all contents of the canopy removed before time or customer will be responsible for extra labor fees.
5 Tables and chairs rented from ADP Development Corporation must be neatly stacked for pickup or customer will be responsible for extra labor fees.

ADP Development Corporation shall not be responsible for any underground obstacles (including but not limited to: water, gas, electrical, etc.) damaged during
installation.
Customer assumes liability for and agrees to pay for all damages to the equipment rented, or replacement costs in case of theft, while in customer's possession.
Reasonable wear and tear and/or acts of God or nature are expected.
Customer understands that local governments may require a permit to install a canopy and agree to obtain such at customer's expense, all necessary permits,
licenses, and consents prior to installation.
Customer understands that canopies are temporary structures and could possibly collapse during severe wind, rain, or snow. ADP Development Corp. assumes
9 no liability for harm to persons or damages caused to any contents of a canopy while in the customer's possession. It is also understood that canopies may leak
during rains. Canopies shall not be used to cover cooking grills or open fires. Customers will be billed for smoke or heat damage.
