Continue to support Central Office in their efforts to collaborate with
community agencies in providing services.
Continue active involvement with the Interdisciplinary Team, KMA,
AWARE, Alta Care, Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, and private counselors.
Continue to make available a crisis counselor at BHS.
Continue to fund the Bridger Program.
Begin strategic planning with the Special Education Department to implement
and coordinate appropriate mental health services for BHS, BAS, and
Evergreen students.
Ensure that school psychologists and the crisis counselor are familiar, and
work well with community agencies.
Encourage professional development for counselors and school psychologists to
increase their awareness of available mental health services.
