N pursuance of the powers conferred on me by section ten of the Whaling Act 1960, I, Charles Frederick Adermann, the Minister of State for Primary Industry, hereby revoke Whaling Notice No. 3 made under that section and published in the Gazette on the eighteenth day of May, One thousand nine hundred and sixty-one, and prohibit the taking from, or killing in, an area of Australi-an waters specified in the First Schedule to this Notice, of whales of a kind specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice during the period from and including the first day of November in each year to and including the next succeeding thirtieth day of April.
