The three pillars of the Crosby MBA program are Community, Curriculum and Careers. Please respond to the
following questions with the approximate word count indicated for each response.
Community - What is the best way to build the Crosby MBA Community and how will you contribute when you
are a student? (250 words)
Curriculum - What does academic success mean to you? (250 words)
Careers - What is your desired career path and why? Please explain how you decided on that career goal,
what steps you have already taken toward that goal, and what you expect the Crosby MBA will add to your
career situation. (350 words)
Thank you for your application to the Crosby MBA Deferred Admit program. Please save a copy of this
application as a pdf and submit to [email protected]. Include a current resume with all work and leadership
experience and honors/awards, unofficial transcripts of your undergraduate institution and a copy of your
GMAT or GRE score sheet, if applicable. (Test scores are not required to apply to the deferred admit program.
However they are required, along with a minimum score, before enrolling in the program). In the Subject line,
please put ‘Deferred Application-Last Name, First Name’.
We will review your application and get back to you on next steps. An interview will be required for admission.
Highly qualified applicants may be guaranteed future financial aid. All other deferred admitted applicants will
be considered for financial aid at the time that they actually enroll in the program.
By submitting your application to the deferred admit program, you agree to the following:
1). Prior to enrolling in the Crosby MBA program, fill out an official application through the Office of Graduate
Studies at the University of Missouri.
2). Prior to enrolling in the Crosby MBA program, take the GMAT or GRE and score a minimum score. Scores
that meet the minimum score but fall below our averages may require you to participate in our Summer Start
program starting June 1 prior to the Fall semester and running throughout the summer.
3). Maintain employment between graduation and enrolling in the Crosby MBA program.
4). If admitted, meet with a member of the Crosby MBA Admissions Team and agree to a personalized plan for
your deferral timeline including test score needed and ways to stay engaged with the Crosby MBA program
during the deferral timeline.
5). If admitted, the admissions committee has the right to retract admissions based on an individual’s behavior
between deferred admission and enrollment in the Crosby MBA program.
