Loading Existing ZIP System™ Tape Guns with Liner‐less Tape New tape will easily work with existing tape guns Liner‐less tape works just fine with the existing ZIP System™ Tape guns. Because there is no liner to collect, you will simply bypass the collection spool on the tape gun (see attached photos). Step 1: Install tape roll on unwind spool so the leading edge unwinds from the top left (counter‐clockwise). Picture 1. Loading tape roll on unwind spool Step 2: Pull leading edge of tape underneath both the take‐up spool and pressure roller. Picture 2. Feed the tape under the take‐up spool and pressure roller Step 3: Pull tape gun to dispense. Pressure roller imprint (diamond pattern) should be observed on tape. Picture 3. Pull tape gun to dispense.
