Private Water Access Fees (if applicable)
Guide Gratuities – guides are tipped at your discretion. Guide gratuities commonly range from
$85 - $100/per day.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Angler's West is not responsible for inclement weather conditions, airline schedules, illness, water
conditions, or car rentals. If you have to cancel your guided trip, your deposit may be refunded if
you provide us with written notice at least 30 days or more prior to your trip. Cancellation of a trip
with or without a written notification less than 30 days before scheduled date(s), and the deposit is
nonrefundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of scheduled departure or "No-Shows" will
result in full payment of the trip.
Travel Insurance
If you are concerned with the possibility of a cancellation, we recommend purchasing Trip
Cancellation insurance. You may do so by visiting either www.travelguard.com or
www.mytripinsurance.com.
Equipment
We operate a full service fly shop and have a complete stocked selection of just about anything a fly
fisher may need throughout the year. We can either mail the items direct to you or have your items
at the Ranch upon your arrival. If you are a light traveler, we have a rental department with top of
the line rod and reel outfits as well as breathable waders and boots at a reasonable rate.
