Student Activities Update for 11-15-15
Caniac Challenge Spirit Contest
Cane’s Chicken and BAHS have partnered to determine the most spirited graduating class and
individual students at BAHS. Students earn points as individuals and for their graduating class by
scanning their ID in the student section at Caniac Challenge Targeted Events. The class with the most
points will win a celebration for being the most spirited class. There will also be prizes for the
individual students who attend the most events in each class. The Class of 2016 leads with 29 points.
The Class of 2017 is second with 28 points and the Class of 2018 is third with 24 points. The next
Caniac Challenge event is the Boot Scoot on Monday, November 23rd at 7pm in the Aux Gym.
Drive Week – November 16th-20th
BAHS is collecting 1,000,000 pennies! Yes, you read that right, ONE MILLION PENNIES! Look in your
couch, under your car seat, in your jacket pocket…..get as many pennies (or coins or dollars) as you
can and drop them by the student union. 275 pennies per person on campus will make us reach our
goal! Monies will be donated to several local charities to help families in need.
Empty Bowls – November 17th from 5:30-7:30 PM.
Empty Bowls is coming! Tuesday, November 17th in the cafeteria at 5:30 PM. $10 will get you a
simple meal of a soup and salad plus a decorative bowl made by a BAHS student.
Spirit Bus to Yukon for Football Semi-finals
Sign up for the Spirit Bus to Yukon in the Student Union. Cost is $5 and you must be signed up and
paid by 3:00 pm on Wednesday. Students will also need $7 for a game ticket and money for food and
drinks at the game.
Bonfire Pep Rally – Thursday, November 19th at 6:30 PM
BAHS is holding a community bonfire pep rally this Thursday on the west side of the Indoor Athletic
Facility at 6:30 PM. Get out and show your tiger spirit.
Boot Scoot – November 23rd 7 PM
Boot Scoot is back! November 23rd in the Aux Gym at 7PM. Want to bring a guest from outside of
BAHS? Stop by the stu u and pick up a guest form. Completed forms must be submitted to the
student union by 3 PM on Friday, November 20th. Tickets will be pre-sold for $5 beginning Thursday,
November 19th through Monday, November 23rd. Tickets at the door will be $10.
Gym Night Sign-Up
Sign up to participate in the second annual Gym Night. Students can sign up beginning tomorrow via
a link sent from the @BAHSTigers twitter, from the BAHS celly, or at the student union desk. The cost
to participate is $10 and includes costume, props, and a t-shirt. Sign-ups close on Tuesday, November
24th at 3 PM.

“Bury The Dead” – Nov. 17 and 19 at 7:30 PM in the Black Box.
“The Importance of Being Earnest” – Nov. 20-22 at 7:30 PM and 2:30 PM on the 22nd.
