We Serve special needs and disadvantaged children.
The purpose of this letter is to introduce you to our not for profit all volunteer organization.
Our mission statement: a group uniting dedicated volunteers empowering special needs and under-privileged
kids and families, through fun outdoor activities and other community events to help build confidence
and life skills to enrich their lives.

This is our 10th year of operation, our events serve up to 1000 kids and families each year.
Our planned 2017 projects along with our service group hosts are:
1. Fairfield Robert Orlando Kids Fishing Derby Civic Center Pond– Fairfield Kiwanis Club
2. Annual Travis AFB Kids Fishing Derby at the Gulf Course Pond - 60th Services / Youth Programs
3. Annual Kids Day of Fishing at Lake Solano Park Kids Pond - Kiwanis Club of Greater Napa
All of our events are planned, conducted and funded free of charge by Kids Day of Fishing, Inc.
We provide hosting opportunities for Community Service Organizations, such as, Kiwanis Clubs
Lions and Rotary Clubs, and other service groups who provide assistance on the days of our events.
Our fishing events include:
1. Event T-Shirts.
2. Fishing rods, reels and tackle, bait to fish all given to the kids for their continued use.
3. We stock the ponds with a generous supply of fish to insure the success of each child.
4. We provide awards and prizes.
5. Barbeque lunch is provided for all children and participating adults.
Kids Day of Fishing, Inc. is a non-profit organization which depends upon community support for funding.
Should you desire to provide monetary and / or participating support to our program we offer several levels
of participation. Please see our membership / Sponsorship application. Donations sent to the address above
