Micro DSC III
Sealed vessel (S60/1528)
Introduction
This liquid and gas tight vessel is used for any kind of investigation which requires the
analysis of a liquid or a solid totally sealed off from the outside environment. For example
even minute sample loss through evaporation is avoided. The seal is obtained by the
elastomer 0-ring.

∅ external : 9mm - ∅: 8mm - h: 27mm
Maximal internal pressure : 20 bars
Capacity : 1 ml
Vessels in hastelloy C276
0-ring in Viton (Ethylen-propylen elastomer
in option)
As an option an anti-convection screen can
be installed inside the vessel.
Results
- experiments in the temperature scanning mode (denaturation, transition, etc…)
- isotherm without fluid introduction

(-20 to 120°C)
