Recognizing Top-Performing Debit, Credit, and Prepaid Programs
The Visa DPS Client Achievement Awards reinforce the partnership
between DPS and our clients, and celebrate the fact that programs
that process with DPS perform better*. The awards recognize
clients that achieve the pinnacle of performance in key areas that
drive business growth and cardholder satisfaction.
The program’s main objectives are to:


Measure performance and identify
opportunities to improve operations
potentially resulting in increased revenues,
improved efficiency, and greater customer
satisfaction.
Recognize excellence in the operational
performance of DPS issuers.

Encourage the continual evolution of
processing performance enhancements.

Help identify best practices that can help
optimize overall portfolio performance.

Promote a spirited environment that
increases the quality of transaction
processing.
Program performance will be evaluated based on transactions processed by DPS during the period
from January 1 to December 31, 2016†. Eligible programs must have been in operation for the entire
awards period and meet other eligibility criteria.‡ All eligible programs are automatically considered for
the awards program. No action is required to participate in the program, but we encourage you to
engage with your Visa account team on an ongoing basis to review your program’s performance and
look for ways to partner with DPS to grow your business.
Awards in each category are typically presented to 2 debit clients, 1 credit client, and 2 prepaid
clients. For prepaid clients, awards are typically presented to 1 reloadable consumer portfolio (GPR,
Teen) and 1 reloadable commercial portfolio (Government, Commercial, Payroll).
