ACT teams depart for the Australian Junior Beach Volleyball
Championships in Perth, WA 6-9 April.
Volleyball ACT representative teams will depart for Perth tomorrow to contest the
2017 Australian Junior Beach Volleyball Championships at Scarborough Beach.
The Head Coach of the Volleyball ACT Beach Program is Men’s Canberra Heat
Captain Andre Borgeaud who with Women’s Head Coach Liz Burdis will lead the
Canberra representatives at the Championships.
The Volleyball ACT representatives have benefited from utilising the Lyneham Beach
Facility for their tournament preparation and training 4-5 times per week since
January and will arrive in Perth well prepared to represent the ACT on the sand.
