The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has
announced recalls of the following products. Consumers should

Toy dart gun
Units: About 22,000
Importer: OKK Trading Inc., of Los Angeles
Hazard: Children who place the plastic dart in their mouth can choke or
aspirate the dart into the throat.
Incident: An 8-year-old died in 2007 after chewing on the dart and then
swallowing it; the dart lodged in his throat.
Description: The Action Team play set includes a toy gun with three orange
rubber darts and other items.
Sold at: Discount department stores nationwide from December 2006
through March 2008 for about $1.
Remedy: Contact OKK Trading for a postage-paid envelope to return the
toy for $3.
