A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required within 14 days of making a provisional arrangement to secure the booking.
Full pre-payment is required by Friday 23th October 2015. For bookings made after this date, payment is due as soon as possible.

Prime Derbyshire Roast Pork Loin
Succulent roast pork, apple and apricot stuffing with a cider gravy
Roasted Aubergine and Polenta Pie (v)
Roasted aubergine, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with a polenta crust,
served with a red onion and beetroot jus
Baked Mushroom with Artichoke Heart (v)
Dressed with truffle oil, Grana Padano cheese and set on
wild mushroom risotto
