WOMEN’S HALF MARATHON GIVEAWAY
Join us for the Bellin Women’s Half Marathon on Saturday, October 8, 2016 along the shores of
Green Bay, Wisconsin. We will be giving away two (2) free Packer tickets for the Sunday,
October 9th game against the New York Giants.
Sponsor: The “Bellin Health Women’s Half Marathon Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is sponsored
by Bellin Memorial Hospital, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is governed by these official
rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these
Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the
Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Promotion is
subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility: This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18)
years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor shall have the
right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:01 am on Tuesday August 30, 2016, and ends
at 11:59 pm on Saturday September 10, 2016 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received
during the Promotion Period, provided that all individuals who registered for the 2016 Bellin
Women’s Half Marathon prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period will be
automatically entered. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period, or to terminate
the Promotion, at any time and in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
How to Enter: Entrants may participate in the Promotion via two methods. First, all individuals
who register for the 2016 Bellin Women’s Half Marathon prior to the expiration of the
Promotion Period are automatically entered in the Promotion. Second, individuals not registered
for the 2016 Bellin Women’s Half Marathon prior to the end of the Promotion Period may enter
the Promotion by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope and a 3”x5” card that lists the
entrant’s name, date of birth, address and email address to the following:

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to win.
Entries submitted via mailing must be postmarked no later than
Sept. 10, 2016. Regardless,
of method of entry, only one entry per person will be accepted and multiple entries may result in
disqualification of the individual from the Promotion (at Sponsor’s sole discretion).
How Winners Are Selected. One winner will be randomly selected by the Sponsor from all
eligible entries.
Prize. One winner will be awarded two (2) tickets to the Green Bay Packers vs. New York
Giants football game to be held at Lambeau Field on Sunday, October 9th at 7:00 pm. Lost or
stolen tickets will not be replaced by Sponsor. Substitution or transfer of prize by the winner is
strictly prohibited, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value in its sole discretion (with value determined by reference to the face value of the
tickets).
Incidental expenses and all costs and expenses beyond the prize awarded (including, but not
limited to, all federal, state and local taxes resulting from the prize award) are the sole
responsibility of the winner.
Publicity and Prize Notification. By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to
use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional
consideration, except where prohibited by law. The winner will be notified within two (2)
business days after selection and will be notified via email or U.S. Postal Service; and the
notification will instruct the winner on how and where to claim the tickets. The winner must
then claim the tickets from Sponsor no later than October 1, 2016. If the tickets are unclaimed
by that date, the winner automatically relinquishes and disclaims any and all right to the tickets,
and Sponsor may use or dispose of the tickets in its sole discretion without any recourse by the
winner.
Additional Limitations: Sponsor and its respective affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents,
and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or
administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or
these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any
prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject
to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend
the Promotion, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor
determines that the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering
or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt
the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotion. In the event any
tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void
suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and
representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect
or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction,
lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of

any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or
online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
Conduct During Attendance at Packer Game: The winner of the Promotion shall be solely
and exclusively responsible to ensure the proper conduct of any and all persons utilizing the
awarded tickets and attending the referenced Packer game. Included within the foregoing
responsibility shall be the obligation to ensure that all attendees to the game utilizing the
awarded tickets strictly comply with all rules established by Green Bay Packers, Inc. governing
game attendance generally, which rules and policies are specifically incorporated herein by
reference.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability: BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH
ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR
AND ITS AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADMINISTRATORS,
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY
LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART,
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE
PROMOTION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY
BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT
MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS
OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES,
AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR
RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND
AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM
RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR
MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION.
