A 45 - 60 minute class suitable for all fitness levels.
From beginners to advanced boxing levels, we cater
for your needs.
Technique classes are available if you are new to boxing
and every step is taken to ensure you get the maximum
workout to ensure we limit the risk of injuries.
Every class is different, so you can say goodbye to boring
and mundane workouts and to the dreaded fitness and
weight loss plateaus forever!
These classes take place indoors, outdoors or both. A fun,
interactive class that gets the blood pumping and the
fat melting away! It’s a great way to meet new friends or
bring a friend along and get fitter and stronger together.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)
A 30 minute class. HIIT describes any workout that
alternates between intense bursts of exercise followed
by a recovery exercise or rest period. Studies have
highlighted how this type of training is not only time
efficient but very effective. Research has shown that a
15 minute HIIT workout burns more calories than a one
hour jogging session. A HIIT work out will burn more
calories and fat in the following 24 hours post exercise
as it increases your metabolism as the work out will
stimulate production of HGH (Human Growth Hormones)
for the next 24 hours.
HIIT Training does not involve boxing – rather it
is a 30 minute strength and conditioning class.
It incorporates exercises such as interval training,
sprints, bodyweight work, weights, resistance
bands, slam balls and lots of other fun and
challenging stuff to strengthen your body
and build your endurance.
