The HCL can provide support in the human resources organisation, the development of a new service and assist the establishment with medical advices. This cooperation also involve Visiting Doctors and Professors performing conferences, teaching lessons, consultations and surgeries. Partnering with INTERNATIONAL PATIENT CARE For years, the HCL have been welcoming patients from all over the world, willing to benefit from the quality of the medical treatment. In order to optimize the stay of an international patient and to respond to their particular needs, the HCL is now working closely with French Advanced Medicine (FAM): a company providing solutions in welcoming and managing an international patient, as well as organising Visiting doctors & professors. • Dedicated staff The HCL and FAM will make sure international patients are accompanied during their entire stay by bilingual medical staff or will propose an interpret, if necessary. • Tailored services The HCL and FAM are used to work in a multicultural environment and will always consider specific needs related to the patient’s culture or religion.
