WELCOME TO FLAUNT
Located to the west of Leeds City Centre our Flaunt development is in the ideal position
for people working centrally or for those who enjoy soaking up the culture, nightlife,
shopping facilities and entertainment of the area.
There are many travel options for getting to and from Flaunt that are easy, affordable and
sustainable. Here is our guide to public transport, walking, cycling and responsible car use in Leeds.
B E N E F I T S O F S U S TA I NA B L E T R AV E L
Around a quarter of greenhouse gas emissions in the UK come from transport. In order to help the government
reach their target of reducing these emissions by 80% in 2050 it is important we all take steps to cut our own
carbon footprint. Here’s how you could benefit too.
SAVE MONEY
Cars can be expensive to run with
the average vehicle costing as
much as £50 a week. By opting to
walk, bike or take public transport
for some of your shorter journeys
your wallet could benefit as well
as the environment.
IMPROVE HEALTH
& WELL-BEING
Getting out and about in the fresh
air rather than sitting behind the
wheel will help boost fitness, burn
calories and even lift your mood.
SAVE TIME
Car use is constantly on the up
which means more cars on the
roads and more traffic jams.
Travelling locally without your car
means less time stuck in queues
and finding parking spaces and
more time for yourself.
