BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class that will
sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, coupled with 30
minutes of CXWORX™ that really hones in on the torso and sling
muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. This
AWESOME combo is guaranteed to get you stronger and fitter.
BODYCOMBAT™
This is an empowering cardio workout which is fiercely energetic.
It is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of
disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay
thai.

This class is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds
flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured
series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic
workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and
balance.
CXWORX™
This intense 30-minute core-training workout is designed to
tighten and tone your midsection. Exercising muscles around the
core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.
This class utilizes your body weight, weight plates, and resistance
tubing to challenge your balance, coordination and improve your
functional strength. All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so
it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.
SilverSneakers® Classic
Increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for
daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles,
and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for
seated and/or standing support.
Psycle Bootcamp
This intense interval training workout will combine sprints, hills
and endurance training on the bike with functional and plyometric
movement off the bike. The result is a one stop shop for a total
body workout. (Bike shoes are NOT recommended for this class.)
POUND®
POUND® is a full-body drumming workout that uniquely
combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga
and pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted exercise
drumsticks (Ripstix®). It was designed to transform drumming
into an incredibly effective way of working out and is accessible to
all fitness levels.
TRX®/Kettlebell Fusion
This class incorporates two of the most functional fitness
pieces of equipment into one class. It combines movements
performed with the TRX® Suspension Trainer with explosive
exercises performed with kettlebells. The result is a workout
that will challenge your entire body.
