HOW TO SEND A SECURE MESSAGE TO YOUR DOCTOR ON THE PATIENT PORTAL
1. Click on MESSAGES
2. Click on SEND MESSAGE
3. PLEASE NOTE! Click on the down arrow that you see below so all your
doctors will show up. See the next example below. The “Do Not
Submit, Return to Message Inbox” button just lets you change your
mind if you don’t want to send the email, or if you want to start over.
It takes you back to where you started.
Click on the V to see all of
your providers.
4. Choose the doctor that you want to send a message to, put the main theme of
the message in the subject area, and then type out your message in the big box.
When you’re done, don’t forget to click on SEND at the bottom of the page so
that your message goes to your doctor.
5. To view the messages that you’ve sent, click on VIEW SENT MESSAGES
6. To go back to the Inbox to see the messages you’ve received, click on VIEW
INBOX.
