PREVIEW NIGHT AT THE STAMPEDE
What:
Jack Daniel's will be presenting sponsor of an exclusive preview night for contestants, sponsors and VIPs
of Texas Stampede. This ticketed event will include a chance to mix and mingle with the contestants,
shop at Christmas Stampede, participate in a “Dig-In-The-Dirt” contest inside the AAC, participate in a live
auction and be entertained by live music, while enjoying food and drinks.

American Airlines Center and AT&T Plaza
When:
Thursday November 8, 2007 – 6pm – 11pm
Details:
Contestants – Guests will have a chance to mix and mingle with the rodeo contestants who will arrive via
red carpet introduction via the plaza area outside AAC.
Food & Beverage – Texas Beer/wine and Jack Daniel's will be available for guests along with Texas
themed hors d’oeuvres.
Christmas Stampede – Christmas Stampede vendors will have their booths open for shopping by guests
for this exclusive event.
“Dig In the Dirt” – VIP guests (by ticket plus a shovel) will have the opportunity to dig for a diamond in
the dirt. An actual diamond will be hidden somewhere on the arena floor just waiting to be found.
Entertainment – Guests will be entertained by a top-notch local band (provided by radio partner KLUV)
and have the opportunity to dance on the dirt inside AAC. There will also be a live auction for Texas
Stampede VIP packages and items provided by Victory Park merchants.

What:
The Christmas Stampede is a three-day holiday marketplace filled with all the sights,
sounds and scents of the season. Shop early for unique, one-of-a kind holiday gifts, arts
and crafts, specialty foods, apparel and accessories, plus everything cowboy, together in a
magical, holiday marketplace.
Concept: “The JD Room” - In the marketplace Texas Stampede will have a party tent area for
guests to purchase drinks. The area will be named The JD Room (or a name of your
choosing). Jack Daniel's will be served inside the tent (to be operated by Levy). See
attached diagram for placement of the tent within AT&T Plaza
Who:
Event attendees and Plaza visitors are all welcome to see top-quality local, regional and
national merchants.
