Q. Where does my granite/Quartz come from?
A. Our stone importer have access to granite from all over the world. It largely
depends on the colour you require. Quite often only certain colours are mined
in one region of the world.
Q. Are you able to quote prices from my worktops over the phone?
A. Yes. We can give you a ball park figure over the phone. However if you have
a drawing or a plan of your kitchen worktops. You can either email or fax them
over to us, and we are able to quite a much more accurate figure.
Q. Do you do, supply only worktops?
A. Yes. Although we do ask you to provide us with wooden templates or very
accurate measurements of what you require. We then fabricate exactly to
what you have ordered and you can either collect them or we can deliver at
cost to you. However we don not unload them ourselves, and do ask you to
have sufficient manpower to unload these very heavy worktops.
Q. Can I choose my slab of granite before it is made to order?
A. Yes Our stone suppliers do allow our customers to visit them, and choose
from their very large stocks. You can reserve a slab, and our supplier will
deliver direct to us.
Q. Do you have free Samples?
A. Yes. Please come and visit our showroom, where we have lots of different
samples, and we are more than happy for you to take as many as you need.
We don’t like to post them due to the weight. Therefore we would charge for
this service.
Q. What is the difference between Granite and quartz?
A. Granite is 100% a natural product, and is mined from the ground. Making it
a truly bespoke to your kitchen.
Quartz is a manmade product. It is made up with 93% stone and 7% polyimer
resin. Being man made the pattern is my uniformed and the care is slightly
easier to maintain.
Q. Do you install anywhere in the uk?
A. No. We are a small local company, mainly operating in the Norfolk/Suffolk
area.
Q. Do you install my sink or cooker/hob?
A. No. You will need to ask either your kitchen fitter or plumber to do this.
Q. How do I clean my Granite/Quartz Worktops?
A. Mild soap and water is all that is generally required. Work surfaces should
be cleaned with a Natural detergent, rinse with clean water. Please refer to our
care sheets in how to maintain your work surfaces.
