CLASSIC FARE® CATERING INFORMATION
Classic Fare Catering is please to present this catering guide as a helpful
resource for your catered events. While this guide shows many options, it
is difficult to reflect the diverse taste of the entire campus community.
With this in mind, our staff includes experienced professionals who can
help you design a menu to fit your particular event.

ROOM RESERVATIONS
Room Reservations should be made as soon as possible to ensure the
availability. The number of guests and room set up desired is quite helpful
when choosing a venue for your event.

ROOM SETUP
Please note that all room setups, including tables, chairs, etc. must be
requested through work orders that are submitted to PHYSICAL
PLANT. Each group is responsible for submitting their own requests.
DELIVERY FEE
Delivery Fees will vary depending on mileage required for delivery.
LINEN
We have a limited selection of linen on hand for every day events, but we can
order any type or color of linen needed for your event. This can be discussed while
placing the order for your event. All events over $25.00 will receive a table clothed
and skirted for food and beverages upon request. Served or buffet meals that
required linen will be charged $5.00 per tablecloth and $.50 a napkin.
GUARANTEED COUNT
The Catering Office must be notified of the exact number of guests for your event
3 business days before your event. This number cannot be reduced within 24 hours
of your event. If the catering office is not contacted, the number of guests given at
the time of booking your event will be used for the number of attendees.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your event up to 48 hours before the schedule start time of the
event at no cost to you, unless other charges have been incurred by the college or
Classic Fare Catering. If you cancel your event within the 48 hour time period you
will be billed as follows:
48 hours
25% of guaranteed number
24 hours
50% of guaranteed number
Same Day
100% of guaranteed number
Plus any and all charges incurred for setup, linen, etc.
BILLING PROCEDURES
On-Campus Groups
At the time your order is placed, you will be asked to provide your account
number for billing. A Special Event Sheet will be mailed to you to keep for your
own records. This should be kept for future planning purposes.
Visitors to the Campus
Your name, billing address and phone number will be requested at the time your
event is planned. Invoices will be mailed out within one week from the date of the
event and payment should be mailed within 14 days of receipt. In the event that
payment is not received within 14 days, an interest charge of 1.5% will be
incurred.
