As a result, Director Don Newman will serve as President of the Board of Directors and Director Joy Willis will serve as the Vice President. The Board’s Standing Committees will be determined at the Regular Board Meeting on January 18, 2017. The Annual Conference is attended by Managers, Directors, Consultants and Government Agency Representatives from agencies served by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) facilities in California, Nevada and Oregon. It is a great opportunity to discuss USBR operations, contractor issues, and other concerns and items of interest. The Bureau will also provide a status report on reservoir levels, inflow and discharge measurements along with the Initial Water Supply Outlook for the 2017 water year. Thank You! The last three years have been challenging with the drought and State restrictions and thanks to your cooperation we were able to submit a total conservation of 30.5% for the per iod of December 2015 thr u November 2016 to the State.
