Mat Pilates Class will include Mat Pilates and traditional abdominal/core work that is appropriate for all levels. Modifications and challenges are included in this class. SilverSneakers Classic (formerly MSROM - MUSCLE STRENGTH & RANGE OF Motion) Combine fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
