with short rest periods for a heart-pumping challenge!

Quiet the mind and relax the body. A practice designed for all fitness levels and a gentle way to experience a yoga practice.
Tai Chi
The ancient Martial Art is made up of a series of poses that flow together forming a walking exercise routine. This series of movements focuses on balance, strength and the mind. Also provides a moving
meditation which has a calming and relaxing effect. All levels are welcome.
Mat Pilates
Class will include Mat Pilates and traditional abdominal/core work that is appropriate for all levels. Modifications and challenges are included in this class. One of the best workouts for your body no
matter what other activities you do this workout will apply.

offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
