A minimum of 25 Per cent at ground level must be soft landscaping. Maximum Height Varies. Most zone designations allow 2-3 stories but others in The Entrance allow up to 10 stories. Council’s online mapping depicts the maximum allowable building heights. Minimum Private Open Space Villa/Townhouse: 45 Square Metres with a minimum dimension of 4.5 Metres. Residential Flat Building: 30 Square Metres can be deck or verandah. Mixed Use Development: 10-30 Square Metres.
