Elliott Ryder, our brewer’s son,
Midnight Ryder has hints of
caramel, chocolate and a touch of
roast. Six varieties of American hops
are generously added throughout the
90-minute boil to give this
American Black Ale a resinous and
piney character. And so after a long
day of playing hard, we say, goodnight
Elliott, hello Midnight Ryder.
