Our client is a global financial services firm and a market leader in securities,
asset management and credit services. The main focus of the Bank?s
activities is on Private Wealth Management, which service is providing
comprehensive wealth management solutions to individuals, families and
foundations that control significant pools of wealth. Other activities include
institutional services such as the sale of equities and convertibles, warrants
issues and trading in interest rate swaps as well as investment banking
services. At the global technical service we search a Team leader for the local
Branch IT-Floor Support Team to support more than 150 customers across
various Business Units and cities.
Ihre neue Herausforderung
Leverage capacity and performance metrics to identify opportunities for
improvement and avoidance
Determine opportunities for increases automation to gain efficiencies within IT
on behalf of clients
Work closely with the Operations teams to guarantee maximum service
availability as well as with the remote solutions engineers and other IT group
during product deployments and transitions to on-going operations
Private Wealth Management, Equity Sales, Operations, Controlling and other
Backoffice functions

Work with the Business Units regional operations manager and account
manager (Private Wealth Management, Equity Sales, Operations, Controlling)
to ensure services objectives are met
Establish and meet agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) by
promoting direct staff, non-dedicated teams and pooled resources
Establish, advance and grow strong relationships within IT and with the
Business Units
Coordinate large-scale product deployments
Maintain the stability of the production technology environment
Interface with the business unit to address current service delivery questions
and to evaluate overall client satisfaction
Was unser Kunde erwartet
Enclosed higher education (Bachelor Degree) and a minimum of five years
experience in technical customer service are preferred
High degree of analytical skills to be able to assess the impact of incidents,
problems and known errors on different business systems and people
Solid and strong people management and interpersonal skills is core to this
function
Established knowledge in Troubleshooting
Excellent verbal and written communications skills to articulate service issues
and recommendations to all levels of IT and business unit management
Leadership qualities to motivate staff, influence change, drive technology
solutions
Assertive, self-assured, innovative, ability to multi-task, cooperative and
possess project ownership skills
Feature qualities in organization/time management are required
A knowledge of various technologies including but no limited to Windows,
Unix, Linux, Cluster servers, Databases and Networks, their interconnectivity
and how it can be applied to various businesses
Very good English knowledge are necessary, German language skills are
beneficial
