CSS WATCH Volume 7, Issue 8 August 2011 Alert and Aware Oskar Biskup Last month Covenant Security Officer Oskar Biskup, from the ConocoPhillips Ferndale site noticed a hazardous odor from within the facility. Realizing that the odor was possibly dangerous and out of the norm, he quickly contacted the ConocoPhillips employees as well as his site manager. Not only did he recognize a hazard, but Oskar also blocked the road surrounding the area, ensuring the safety of incoming employees and visitors. Oskar acted immediately and took his role extremely important. ConocoPhillips recognized his actions and are greatly appreciative for his efforts. Covenant congratulates Security Officer Oskar Biskup for his swift and effective actions! Officer of the Quarter: Bill Randall Mobile, Alabama Albert (Bill) Randall was awarded the Officer of the Quarter!!! Congratulations Bill! Albert (Bill) Randall is a Sergeant at the Mobile Site. During his time as Sergeant he is a great resource to management. Some of the exceptional duties and responsibilities he takes on are: -Attending to the clients and the team’s issues and completes all tasks that are assigned to him professionally -Bill is the trainer for ECC (Emergency Control Center) -Maintains the equipment, access system, paging system, and the company vehicle -Seeks out things to help out the guard force -Completes spreadsheets to assist accounts manager Bill Randall was rewarded the Officer of the Quarter for his Bill Randal received a $25 gift card from Site Manager Ray Pecue. hard work every day.
