on 1.1 1996but the samewas discontinued
at a laterstagedue to reassessment

as lessthan
20%, the disabilltyelemenvwar injury e:ementshall be discontinuedfrom the later date as hithertofore.
However,in thosepre-1.'1.1996caseswhe.e the disabilityelement/ war injuryelementwas nst allowedfor
disabi'itybeing accepled as less than 20% at initial stage or subsequenlstage on reassessmerilof
