Joseph M. De Rosa Chairman/CEO De Rosa Corporation Wauwatosa, Wisconsin Joseph M. De Rosa is Chairman/CEO of the De Rosa Corporation, which he founded in 1972. He currently operates thirteen unique venues which include The Chancery Restaurants which has won “Best Family Restaurant”, Eddie Martini’s, a DIRONA award winner, Jose’s Blue Sombrero, Franchisee Original Pancake House, ParkSide 23 which produces specialty produce from its 10,000 square foot, onsite garden and finally Seven Sisters and Café West which are located in Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Mr. De Rosa graduated in Economics from Roosevelt University in Chicago as well as the Harvard Business School’s OPM program. Mr. De Rosa received the “Wisconsin Restaurateur of the Year” award. Mr. De Rosa was elected to the National Restaurant Association Board, representing the State of Wisconsin, Wisconsin State Restaurant Association in 1994 and holds Emeritus status. He is also a member of the following Boards: National Insurance Company of Wisconsin, HeartLove Place, a Christ centered family resource center in the central city of Milwaukee and founding member of the National Christian Foundation of Wisconsin. In His personal life, Mr. De Rosa is married to Pamela, has six children and 18 grandchildren. He is a Children’s Leader in Bible Study Fellowship International, teaching the Book of Genesis to First and Second graders this year. He plays racquetball and attempts to play golf.
