In accordance with agreements between UNiTAB Limited (“Maxgaming”) & Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Limited (“ATA”), maxgaming
advises that it has entered into a Linked Jackpot System Participation Agreement, which provides for the supply by maxgaming of Aristocrat
Gaming Equipment. The details required in respect of agreements between maxgaming & ATA are follows:
