a particular sport or take your workout goals to the
next level. In Personal Training at the Y, we take a
caring approach to help you achieve your goals, with
a plan that’s customized to fit your particular needs
and ability.
Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from an
injury or kicking your workout up a notch, we’re here
to support you every step of the way.
JUMP START NEW MEMBER
PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE (Ages 13+)

Monitoring your body fat ratio to lean muscle mass is an
effective way to gauge your fitness progress. Appointments
are approximately 30 minutes and must be made in advance.

WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE (Ages 18+)

WOMEN’S STRENGTH TRAINING (Ages 18+)

Devote eights weeks to your body, your weight loss goals and
your overall health with this eight-week Weight Loss Challenge.
It’s two months that are all about you: your weight, your
fitness, your habits and your health. You’ll also find the support
you need to identify what works for you and the opportunity
to share ideas and strategies for success with fellow members.
The program starts with an initial fitness evaluation, and
includes weight in, workouts, classes on fitness and nutrition,
and the support to help you take charge
Get stronger, fitter, and more confident with Strength Training
for Women. You will have fun while learning exercises that
will tone and strengthen your muscles, help with balance and
flexibility, and improve overall health. These workouts are ideal
for beginners or those returning to working out.

TRX BOOTCAMP (Ages 18+)
Instructor: Ceasar Ravelli
Small group Pilates mat sessions that focus on core alignment
and spinal stabilization using Pilates arc barrels and rings.
This class is ideal for those wanting to learn basic Pilates
fundamentals. Space is limited to six. Sessions are monthly

This intense workout is designed to give you a total body
workout in a short amount of time using the TRX suspension
system in combination with BOSU, balance balls and other
small equipment. Each week will focus on a different element
of conditioning to help you develop core stability, balance
