Each of the 1/4-ounces cocaine was in a bottle, the bottles
bearing the label of Ferdinand Roques, Paris.

Defendant went into the Republic of Mexico and' obtained the two
(2 ) one-fourth ounces of cocaine, brought them back into tho
United States and sold thorn to Paul Nlsbet and R*B. Worley,

envelope contained a fringed round red seal.
Each box con­
tained a red seal bearing the following inscription "COCAINTJM
Hydrochloricum 1 ounce", and sealed with a round fringed red
seal.
These packages bore no U.S. or other tax stamps of
any description.
Attached will find one of the labels
off of the box*.

was found in possession and control of these six ounces of
cocaine as he"was about to deliver them to an informer.
