SKANDERBORGFESTIVALKLUB
SkanderborgFestivalklubisfoundedin1979,andistothisday,stillthesoleownerofthe
festival,andallactivitiesaround“Smukfest”.
Wearea“club”-anopencommunity,with15.000members,andmorethan12.000
volunteers.
Theclubisanonprofitorganization,wherenoprivateinvestorsareinvolved.
Allprofitsgo`stosecurethefestivalsexistence,toculturalactivitiesinSkanderborg,andto
thecommunity’scharityfoundation“Smukfonden”.
Herewedonatelargefundstoprojectsthatsupportandhelpsocialoutcastsandlonely
peopleinDenmark.

videoscreens,logistics&cateringonly.Byacceptinganyoffer,theartistthereforeagreesto
performwithinthefestivalsstandardtechnicalsetup,rulesandregulations,tobeviewed
here:www.smukfest.dk/artist.Thefestivalsstaffwillhowever(withinthestageandstage
areascapability),gladlyhelptheartistsrepresentativestoprovide,buildorarrangeforthe

Theymaygetintouchwiththetourmanager/representativeiftheywishtofilmorinterview
theartist.Wewouldliketothinkthattheartistwouldacceptthisinvitation,toobviously
promoteboththemselves,andthefestival.
However;weguaranteethatnoonewillgetourpermissiontorecordanyartist,without
writtenconsentoftheartistortheirrepresentative.
MERCHANDISE:
TheboothwillbelocatedatacentralpositionontheFestivalsite;rightoutsidethemain
entrancewhereourownFestivalMerchandiseBoothislocatedtoo.
Weshalladvertiseheavilyinordertomaketheaudiencevisitthebooth.Youmaydothe
samefromthestageoronyourownwebsiteetc.
Pleasenotethatyoucannotdeliverorsendanygoodstousforcommissionsalesorany
otherhandlingorstorage.Allbandmerchandisehandlingmustbecarriedoutbytheartists’
ownstaffandattheartists’risk.
