PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
COUNTY OF BERGEN
OPEN SPACE TRUST FUND PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED 2015 FUNDING ALLOCATIONS
Please Take Notice: As required by the State of New Jersey in N.J.S.A. 40:12-15, et seq., the Bergen
County Open Space Trust Fund Public Advisory Committee, on behalf of the Bergen County Board of
Chosen Freeholders, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed allocations of its Open Space Trust
Fund for Funding Year 2015 on Monday, March 28, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., at the Bergen County
Administration Building, One Bergen County Plaza, Freeholders Public Meeting Room, 5th Floor,
Hackensack, New Jersey, at which time public comment will be taken.
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:12-15.3(d), the County of Bergen is proposing the following funding
allocations from the Bergen County Open Space, Recreation, Floodplain Protection, Farmland &
Historic Preservation Trust Fund for the Trust Fund’s 2015 County Program:
