Learnt a new target culture and marketplace in a very short space of
time before station launch. Recruiting staff and managed busy news
department for two Asian Radio stations and two ILR radio stations.
Creating two formatted station styles and generating revenue to six
news features which made up the sponsorship of the main hourly news
bulletins. Trained and developed staff to reach their full potential.
Helped develop the phone app for the company for listeners to hear
regular news updates on demand. As part of a wider team we
achieved a better than targeted for Rajar for latest quarter.
