NUCLEUS – Our vision. DN8 – Our 8 DNA that define us.

NUCLEUS – Our vision.
We Are Part of a Far Grander Story – We will be UNITED under the vision of changing
hundreds of students for the sake of the Gospel. We will not take this for granted. We
understand that what we are a part of is so much bigger than us. (Ephesians 3:20)
DN8 – Our 8 DNA that define us.
Audacious Faith – Because we know our God, we will act in audacious faith, set impossible
goals and watch our God move. (Joshua 10:12-14, Eph. 3:20)
Honor – We are a generation of honor. We will restore a legacy of honor to those above us,
beside us and under us because of the calling and potential God has placed inside of them.
(Deut. 5:16, John 13:14-15)
We Are Known for What We Are For – We believe the power of love smashes all
condemnation, so we will speak to potential, not performance. We will be known for calling out
the best in one another. We will not harbor past failures as we are all in need of a second
chance. (Galatians 5:22-23, James 2:1-5, Matthew 16:18)
Above & Beyond – We will go above and beyond to give sacrificially to the work of God in our
church and our community. (Galatians 5:13, 6:9-10)
Authentic & Accountable – We are a community under constant renovation. We will be real
about our faults, our love and our God. We will be accountable to our God, His Word & church
leadership to maintain healthy growth. (Phil. 1:6, Romans 3:23, 2 Tim. 3:16-17)
We Are the Exception Not the Norm – We refute the notion that retirement is the only thing
we have to look forward to. We have a reason to live. We trust God and stand in integrity at all
times, even if it makes us a little weird sometimes. (Romans 8:28)
Boom! – We will ensure that our collective experience is exciting and fun. Laughter and joy
must be at the core of our life and activity. (Nehemiah 8:9-12, Psalm 4:7, John 16:22)
Lead the Way – God has called us and we will lead the way in our culture with our talk, our
actions, our purity, our faith and our love. We step up to the challenge fearlessly, knowing He
will equip us to do all He has called us to do. (1 Tim. 4:12, Joshua 1:6-8)
