Thank you for using our Hexagon service. Since the launch of Hexagon in 1985, we have been committed to maintaining a system that addressed customer
needs while fulfilling the demands of an ever changing market. With ongoing evolution in technology, demand for security and in response to your
increasingly sophisticated banking requirements, we have developed HSBCnet, our global Internet banking channel. HSBCnet has been designed to allow
you, our valued customer, to continue your day-to-day banking requirements, while offering you a new wide range of services at your fingertips.
As a result of this evolution in online banking, we are now commencing the process of migrating all of our existing Hexagon customers to HSBCnet.

Timeline and Process
We are now starting the process of migrating our Hexagon clients to HSBCnet and we are targeting the migration of your accounts by [please insert an
appropriate date]. To experience HSBCnet as soon as possible, please:
l
refer to the attached HSBCnet Application Guide that specifies the minimum system requirements and information on how to complete the
Customer Agreement
l
complete the attached HSBCnet Customer Agreement tailored for existing Hexagon customers
l
ensure that each of your Initial System Administrators (ISA) have registered online before returning the completed Customer Agreement to us with the
enclosed pre-paid envelope
Shortly after sending us your completed document you will receive an acknowledgement letter. Within seven working days, your ISA will receive a welcome
email guiding them through the HSBCnet end users’ registration procedure. If you will be initiating payments via HSBCnet, we will provide you with free
smart cards and card readers for extra protection.
To ensure a smooth transition from Hexagon to HSBCnet, your Hexagon service will be kept running for 60 days after we receive your acknowledgement
letter, thereafter it will be terminated. Upgrade your service to HSBCnet now and experience the future of business.
