The Offering Plan dated February 24, 2015, as amended (the “Plan”) is hereby amended by
this Twelfth Amendment, as follows:
A.
PRICE INCREASE
Sponsor has increased the price of certain Units offered for sale under the amended Plan. The
Offering Prices for the Units in the amended Plan are hereby increased to the Offering Prices
indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
B.
UNIT DESIGNATION
All references to Unit “P1-2” in the Offering Plan are hereby deemed replaced with the term
Unit “P1P2”.
C.
PLAN EXTENSION
Sponsor hereby extends the term of the offer for six (6) months.
D.
DEFINITIONS; INCORPORATION OF PLAN; FULL FORCE AND EFFECT
All terms used in this Amendment and not defined in this Amendment, shall have the
meanings given to them in the Plan. The Plan, as modified and supplemented by this Amendment, is
incorporated into this Amendment as if fully set forth herein. The Plan as amended, remains in full
force and effect.
