Age Divisions: There is no age limit for a parent to go on stage with a contestant. We want the contestants
to feel as comfortable as possible while in front of the judges to show off their personality. All 0-3 should be
escorted on stage by an adult for their safety. Everyone competes age day of pageant.
Girls: 0-11 mos, 12-23 mos, 2-3 yrs, 4-5 yrs, 6-7yrs, 8-9yrs, 10-12 yrs, 13-15yrs (Jr Teen), 16-up (Teen),
Boys: 0-3 yrs, 4 & Up, (Director reserves the right to combined or split age groups)
We are a semi-natural system. Here are some suggestions...
We do not want to see overdone hair/makeup. We do not want to see over the top routines. Ages 0-9
years should be soft, sweet, and darling. For 10 and up consider beautiful, elegant, and graceful.
Possible point deductions for too much makeup, proam modeling, or overdone hair.
• Appearance: Makeup is allowed but should be soft and minimal. Do not use bright red or dark
color lipstick. Hairstyles should be natural or elegant not big and stiff or over teased. Attire
should compliment a natural look. Attire is not scored, pageant dresses are accepted BUT we
recommend a FACE dress. Pageant Dresses can add to a overdone appearance sometimes.
• Competition: No Glitz Photos Accepted. No pro-am modeling, mule kicks or gymnastic moves,
referring to no hands on stage or back flips. Causal Wear/OOC is not a talent, it is casual
runway modeling.
Facebook! This is the best way to check for live updates, specials, contests, changes to location, or
any kind of announcements including the schedule. Tentative Schedule will be posted to the
facebook event page the week prior to pageant. Registration & Start Times announced.

There are a few options for you to Enter the Pageant
Supreme Package enters you in Beauty, 1 casual wear event, and 1 Photo. You are eligible to win
divisional titles and side awards such as; Most Beautiful, Photogenic, & Best hair, eyes, smile, personality. You
are also eligible to win Grand Supreme, Mini Supreme, and Beauty Supreme titles.

has to do, is put your name on the referral line of the online or mail-in form! If you have less than 4
referrals you still receive $15 off for each referral. See Rules section for details regarding referrals.

Beauty Event (1st stage event)
(included in Supreme Package)
We will award a divisional Supreme Queen in each of the age divisions that will receive a Crown, Sash & Trophy. For
Beauty event you can wear any kind of dress. Sunday best, baby doll, prom, pageant, long or short. Judging for beauty is
based on facial beauty and personality scores only. Anyone that does not receive a Division/Supreme Title will be crowned
a Princess. Princess will receive a beautiful 3-6 inch crown. Time Limit is 90 seconds. Music is provided.
SIDE AWARDS (included in Supreme Package)
Photogenic Winner (one photo included) – Natural Photos only! We will award a winner in each of the age divisions that
will receive a trophy. Turn photos in at registration. You will receive your photos back at the conclusion of the pageant.
Photos can be Black & White or Color. Snapshot or Professional. No Glitz Photos allowed. Photos should be no larger
than 8.5x11 and no smaller than 5x7. We will have hard plastic photo protectors for sale at the pageant for $2 each if you
need to purchase some (optional). NO FRAMES PLEASE!!! You may enter additional photos for $5.00 each. Limit 5 extra
photos. Photos are judged on Facial Beauty & overall appeal. Keep in mind Photos should have eye contact, clarity and
quality.
4 Best Awards – We will present awards in each of the age divisions for best hair, eyes, smile and personality. This is
judged during beauty line up. You must be on time to line up with your group or you will not be judged for these awards.
Most Beautiful/Handsome – We will award a winner in each age divisions that will receive an award. If you enter overall
titles you have a chance to win Overall Most Beautiful.
Summer Wear (2nd stage event)
Fee $10.00
Summer wear – is your choice of outfit or dress. Can be costume, outfit, or swimwear that fits the theme “Summer”. Can
be custom or off the rack. Swimwear can be 1 or 2 piece, can wear wrap around. Judged on Facial Beauty, Personality,
and overall appearance. Also if you enter overall titles you have a chance to win Overall Summer Wear! Time Limit 1
minute. No Props for this event.
Patriot Wear (3rd stage event)
(included in Supreme pkg)
Patriot wear – is your choice of outfit or dress. Can be costume or any cute outfit that fits the Red, White, Blue theme. Can
be custom or off the rack. Judged on Facial Beauty, Personality, and overall appearance. Also if you enter overall titles
you have a chance to win Overall Patriot Wear! Time Limit 1 minute.
- Note - Props and Custom Music is allowed. Must be able to take props on and off stage in 30 seconds. Custom music is not a requirement
we can provide music from our selection. If you would like to use a particular song let us know in advance and we will get it and have it ready
to play for this event. If you are bringing your own music - No CD's, No Phones. Must bring music on a portable USB drive labeled with
contestant name. Must be in a folder with contestants name. Bring to Registration. Please pick up drive after event.
Supreme Titles come from Beauty Score + highest stage event Score .... Photo score is for Photo titles only.
SUPREME TITLES

3 - Grand Supremes – We will award 3 Winners one in 0-23 months, one in 2-5yrs and one in 6-up. Winners will receive
a beautiful crown, scepter, sash, crowning robe, and trophy. Highest Supreme score pulled first.
2 - Mini Supremes – We will award 2 Winners one in 0-3 years and one in 4-up. Winners will receive a beautiful crown,
scepter, sash, crowning robe, and trophy. Pulled after Grand Supremes.
2 – Beauty Supremes – We will award 2 Beauty Supreme winners one in 0-3 years and one in 4-up division. Winners will
receive a beautiful crown, scepter, sash, crowning robe, and trophy. Scores come from Beauty and is pulled after Mini
Supremes.
We do not double crown pageant titles!
OVERALL TITLES - PACKAGE DEAL (NOT in Supreme Pkg)
Fee $25.00
Overall Titles are pulled after the Supreme titles (Grand, Mini, Beauty Supremes). Enters you in all 4 titles.
OA Photogenic – highest photo score, OA Most Beautiful – highest beauty score, OA Patriot Wear – highest score in
RWB wear. OA Summer Wear – highest score in Summer wear. These titles are pulled after Beauty Supreme. One
winner will be pulled for each title from all contests entered. Winners will receive a beautiful crown, sash trophy and
crowning robe.
Pageant Information
Admission Everyone must pay admission to the pageant, except the contestant and children 5 & under are free. You are
required to wear an armband during the entire event so we know you are with our event group. If you are not wearing your
armband you will be asked to show it. If you lost your armband you must repurchase it. Admission is $5.00
Attire & Appearance (Clothing is not scored. We are only looking for a beautiful face & lots of personality, not an
expensive outfit.) Girls may wear Sunday Best, Flower Girl dresses, Easter dresses, Pageant Dresses, or any dressy
outfit. Makeup is allowed BUT we cannot stress enough.. We are NOT looking for big stiff hairstyles or heavy makeup.
Keep it soft and sweet, age appropriate and simple. We want to be able to see your Natural Beauty shine. Boys: Sunday
Best, dressy casual outfit or tuxedo. No hats, gloves, canes in Beauty event.
Stage Formation We will have X's marked on the stage, standard T formation. You can do a V or I formation. Whatever
you feel comfortable with. Each age division will go for a line up before the judges before they compete individually. For
individual competion the Emcee announces your name you will go to each X, and then the Emcee will dismiss you. Thats
all there is to it. It's very simple. Children 3 and under should be escorted by an adult. Remember to smile, smile and
smile. There is no wrong or right way, modeling is not scored.
What are Judges Looking For? - Judges are asked to score Facial Beauty & Personality. During your time on
stage make eye contact with each judge and smile! The more personality the better. But remember Judges
need to be able to see your face, look at them not to the side where they can't see half your face.
Refer a Friend
PHP offers referral Discounts to anyone who refers new families to enter the PHP system. The referral program is
very simple and straight forward. All you need to do is tell others about our PHP events. It can be anyone.. from
friends, family or someone you met on social media. Encourage them to put your name in the referral line, it takes
nothing but a little bit of your time. Whether someone enters online or by mail there is a referral line available with
either method. You can even print off multiple copies of our paperwork, put your name in the referral line and pass
them out to others at other events.

To receive a referral discount, your referral must compete day of pageant. If they do not compete day of pageant,
have them mention you next time they enter a event and you will receive the credit then.
Referrals are $15 off for each new referral, if less than 4.
If you have 4 new referrals compete day of the pageant, supreme package is FREE for you.
Your referrals must put your name on entry form when submitted, cannot be added or changed later.
New means Parent/Family has never entered a child in any PHP pageants before.
Siblings are not referrals. If one child has already competed with PHP the family is aware of the PHP system and
therefore are not new.
Referrals are non transferable to other contestants or pageants.
Special Recognition Awards
From time to time at the discretion of the Director special recognition awards are presented to a contestant.
We take pride in our contestants and we believe that everyone has something special and unique to offer. PHP
rewards and recognizes those that strive to do their personal best and achieve goals they set out to do. These
awards can derive from various causes such as seen below.
Pageant Fanatic - This award is given to contestant who has a strong passion for
PHP with a active interest and plenty of enthusiasm. A contestant that has
competed in the most pageants consistantly in a calendar year.
Est 2016
Community Service Award – This is awarded to a contestant that has gone
above and beyond to represent their PHP title while benefiting their community or
organizations, making appearances or community service. It is never to early to
teach love, compassion, and the act of kindness.
For this type of award be sure to log your community service hours and obtain photos,
video and clippings of your participation. As well as tagging us on social media during your
representation and reign as royalty so we can follow your journey.

Sell Sponsor Tickets (Optional) – You can Enter for FREE & Double Crown!
This is a fundraiser for your Supreme Package entry fee. You can have Sponsors such as friends, family, coworkers, businesses or yourself buy tickets. Tickets sell for $2.00 each. Contestants that sell 100, 150, 200, 300 or
400 tickets will be CROWNED Sponsor Queen. Ticket sheets can be printed from the website
www.oklahomapageants.com/pages/events.php
Ticket sales have no bearing how you place in the pageant. This is considered a double crowning event. The tickets
will go into a drawing for a $50.00 Wal-Mart gift card. Drawing will take place before crowning. Sponsor does not
need to be present to win. The ticket seller will deliver the gift card to the winning sponsor.
You should still send your deposit in advance. The reason you should send your deposit early is, due to the number
of pre-ordered crowns available. Crowns are usually custom and we cannot add more later. That is all the
contestants that can be accepted, and entry works in order deposits are received. To avoid being left out its
important to sent it early. Some pageants fill up fast. You can use part of your ticket sales for the deposit, just let the
director know.
Must contact the director if you are selling tickets, with contestants name and how many tickets you are
selling. These special prizes need to be ordered in advance and are no kept on hand.

1. Money Order – Must be postmarked by deadline, include tickets. No Checks accepted.
2. Paypal – Must include 4% paypal fees. Bring tickets to registration already cut.

Pageant Appearance: Makeup is allowed BUT we do not want to see big overdone hair or over done makeup on a young
contestant. Keep it simple, soft & appropriate, contestants should look their age. We want to be able to see their natural facial
beauty. Clothing and modeling is not scored. But should not be over the top. Points may be deducted for overdone/overtop.
Director reserves the right to combined or split age groups. No fallbacks everyone competes age day of pageant.
All 0-3 year contestants must be escorted on stage by a parent or adult.
Keep track of personal belongings, prizes & awards. No replacements will be given if broken, lost or stolen. Once awards are
issued it is your responsibility.
We do not double crown, only with the exception of Sponsor Tickets/Ad Page sales.
Deposit is required to enter pageant, even for ticket sellers. If no deposit is paid in advance a late fee of $20.00 applies
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason, must notify director 48 hours before the pageant and you
will receive a credit to the next pageant. No refunds, No exceptions. Fail to notify director deposit is forfeited.
Everyone must pay door admission & have an armband, except the contestant.
NO CHECKS accepted at any time! Paypal & money orders accepted. All paypal payments must be submitted 48 hrs prior to
pageant. CASH ONLY DAY OF PAGEANT AT REGISTRATION.
Vendor Tables in Ballroom are subject to a fee. You must make arrangement with Director for reservation & payment.

No Photo/Video Cameras/Cell Phones allowed in the ballroom when a professional photographer is on site! None
Please do not leave till all photos & Royalty shots have been taken.
Winners may be featured throughout the year, including social media, promotional ads, website. By participating in our event
we reserve the right to use any photos & video for advertising purposes.
Props may be allowed in Casualwear / OOC see section for details. Must carry on & off stage in 30 secs or less. No
background props.
Custom music is not required, but allowed. NO CD's. NO PHONES. You must bring your music on a USB drive. Otherwise
music selection will be provided for you from our list. USB Drive must be labeled with contestants name. Bring your USB drive
to Emcee during lineup. Music must be clearly labeled or in a folder with contestants name unless it is the only item on the
USB drive.
Conduct

All judges decisions are final. Good Sportsmanship is a requirement.
Parents, Guardians, friends, guests of the contestant and spectators at the pageant must conduct themselves in a poised and
calm manner. You will be asked to leave or escorted out if you raise your voice, threaten, or engage in any unsportsman-like
conduct or confrontation. This kind of behavior will not be tolerated. No money will be refunded.

Discounts cannot be combined, you must use your highest discount. A discount is not cashback. Discounts cannot be
applied to ticket sales.
Sibling discounts: First child is full price including optionals or equivalent as first child, additional siblings are $20.00 off. No
additional discounts are valid with sibling discounts. Sibling discount is not deducted from Sponsor Tickets/Ads.
Referral Discounts: To receive a referral discount, your referral must compete day of pageant. Referrals are $15 off for each
new referral, if less than 4. If you have 4 new referrals compete day of the pageant, supreme package is FREE. Your referrals
must put your name on entry form when submitted, cannot be added or changed later. New means Parent/Family has never

If you do not attend the event you sent a deposit for, you can forward the deposit to another pageant within the next 6 months.
Deposits will not be carried over and void after 6 months.
Forwarded deposits forfeit their Early Bird Special discount. Forwarded deposit pays regular supreme package price.
RELEASE:
By signing below you the contestant or legal guardian/parent of the contestant (herein known as I) acknowledge you have read these
Rules and agree to these terms and conditions. I agree I am the legal parent/guardian of the contestant. I agree to hold harmless the
directors, Carol Jirinec, staff, family, judges, owner, Facility of the event and PageantHub Productions from liability due to accidents,
injury, theft, death, lost or stolen items, business conducted with vendors at the Pageant, etc. while participating in any PageantHub
Productions event or traveling to and from. I also agree that I will be responsible for any money owed to the pageant and its directors. I
will assume responsibility and will pay all charges, in case the director is charged for damages to the location or property from
individual(s) associated with the contestant. I understand the Judges decisions & scores are final. I agree to show good sportsmanshiplike conduct at all times. I understand bad conduct will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification, possible removal from the
Pageant event, with no refunds, and all awards taken away. There is no transfer of deposits, credits, or discounts and no refunds
issued. By sending a deposit and signing this entry form I relinquish all rights to file a claim or law suit against Carol Jirinec,
PageantHub Productions and/or pageant staff, vendors and facility. I hereby grant PageantHub Productions the right to use any videos,
photos, or media made during the competition or any other PageantHub Productions event. You agree you have read the rules
