our Water and Wastewater customers.
The e-bill will include the same information as a regular paper bill. Billing dates and
available payment options will remain the same. If you are interested in going paperless,

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the County of Prince Edward, Revenue Department, Water
and Wastewater Billing Services of any changes to the e-mail address provided for e-billing. If the
electronic bill is undeliverable, a paper copy of the bill will be sent to the customer’s mailing address.
Whether you choose to receive your bill electronically or continue to receive a paper copy, it is the
customer’s responsibility to contact the County of Prince Edward, Revenue Department, Water and
Wastewater Billing Services if a regular monthly or bi-monthly invoice is not received, and to confirm
or update your information.
Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, SO
2001, C.25 and will be used to process your County of Prince Edward Water and Wastewater ebilling request. Questions about the collection of this personal information should be directed to the
Manager of Revenue.
