Applications must be received by August 15, 2017.
All monies dedicated derived from the Everybody Wins trophy program are allocated to the “Pursuit of
Excellence” scholarship fund. All applications are received and scholarships granted without regard to race,
religion, sex or creed.
Applicants must complete each questions completely to be considered for the Montana
Silversmiths Pursuit of Excellence Scholarship. Attach additional pages as necessary.
1. List your organizational membership, school clubs, and accomplishments (including
Rodeo, AQHYA, 4-H, FFA, etc.).
2. Please tell us about your community service experience.
3. What does “Pursuit of Excellence” mean to you? What actions are you taking to
accomplish your goals?
4. Please give an example of how you have improved yourself over a period of time.
5. What are your career aims and goals, what do you see yourself doing in five years and
WHY?
6. What educational requirements are needed to meet your aims and goals?
7. Attach a statement of 100 words or less (in your own words) on why you would like to
receive this scholarship.
MANDATORY: Grade transcript and two letters of recommendation from a community
member not related to applicant. Please include either your college and high school
transcripts.
