This training program utilizes pool exercise equipment to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Aqua Yoga: The perfect fusion of yoga poses and cardiovascular aqua fitness in one class! This class utilizes the indoor pool to give an extra boost to your yoga practice. barreFIT: Inspired by classical ballet, this class incorporates a ballet barre, small dumbbells and focused micro-movements to create lengthened, strong dancer-like muscles. A fusion of Pilates and ballet inspired movement, this class utilizes a ballet barre to focus on posture and balance while strengthening the core and lengthening the muscles in an energetic, efficient workout environment. Cardio Fusion Torch calories in this 45-minute, heart-pumping class. Offers both high and low impact options, while fusing cardio and strength-training movement in a variety of workout formats. Uses a variety of equipment such as benches, dumbbells, jump ropes and exercise balls. Never get bored in this class designed for All Fitness levels. Cardio Yoga: A combination of two incredible workout formats, this class meshes traditional yoga asanas (poses) with cardio blasts. HIIT the Barre: An awesome combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and ballet barre technique. “Feel the cardio burn” while focusing on the powerful, effective “micro-movements” at the ballet barre. HIIT the Road: In this new, progressive, indoor cycling fusion class, the instructor will combine an all terrain cycling ride with hills, sprints and flat routes, mixed with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) “off the bike.” This cycle ride mixed with interval training, will push participants’ cardiovascular strength, while aiding in metabolic conditioning. A true total body workout, “HIIT the Road” will certainly challenge strength on and off the bike. Just My Speed: Low intensity cardio workout in the pool. Kettlebells: An efficient, cardiovascular, core-focused circuit training experience that utilizes explosive kettlebell movements. Kickboxing: Increase your cardio endurance, agility and core strength in this high-energy blend of martial arts, boxing and cardio-focused training. : Created by the fitness powerhouse, LesMills, this energetic, intense barbell workout uses powerful music and high repetitions of single joint movements to burn calories and tone every major muscle group. : Created by the fitness powerhouse, Les Mills, RPM is a 45-‐minute indoor cycling workout synched to the rhythm of powerful music. In one class, participants experience hills, flats, mountain peaks, & interval training. Mobility Yoga: A yoga practice fused with mobility stretching to enhance range of motion and flexibility. Excellent for all fitness levels, including beginner populations. Pilates: A total-body conditioning class, based on the work of Joseph Pilates, which builds strength, flexibility, improves balance and ultimately focuses on the core or “powerhouse.” Pilates Stretch: a traditional Pilates mat class, ending with traditional yoga “asanas,” or poses. Members will reap the core-strengthening and rehabilitative benefits of Joseph Pilates’ traditional mat class, while gaining the overall flexibility and breathing technique of Yoga. Power Holy Yoga: A licensed yoga program, this heart-pumping practice that is also an “experiential worship” created to deepen participants experience with God through classic yoga poses and Biblical Scripture. : Pound. Rockout-Workout is a full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. Pilates-based, this “Rockout Workout” will chisel your core thru plyometric, rhythmic movement. Power Lift: A strength-based, total-body workout that primarily uses a barbell and dumbbells for single-joint movement Restorative Yoga: A traditional yoga practice for all levels.
