"Home" has taken on a very different meaning for us this year. We are currently visiting
Georgia d u rin g our first time without a " h o me " here. We did have a good drive to Georgia,
but as soon as we arrived here, our transmission went out on our van. We are thankful that
this happened at the end of our 1200 mile trip, and not in the middle. Not only that, but the
entire job was paid for! We were also blessed though to be able to use
our church's prophet's chamber for the entire month without cost. God is
so good to us! I t is wonderful to be back in our home church. I was able
to preach several times, and Kristen was able to work in VHS with the
kindergarten group. O u r son An d re w even earned a trophy fo r earning
the most points by memorizing and listening to the Bible while
attending VBS fo r the first time. He is growing up so last!
We are very excited to share our countdown to our departure for the field. O ur expected date of
departure May 13 of 2014, only a few months after finishing language school. I f you are
interested in having us come to your church and give an update between January and
March 2014, please contact me. We have two financial needs in order to make the transition to
Puerto Rico:
• O u r second school language school tuition, which totals $4000.
• S i x one-way tickets to Puerto Rico, which total $2300.
If you would be able to help financially with either need, please send your gift to IVIWBM
telling us how you would like it to be used. We appreciate your help with this and especially ask
for your prayers as God uses others to meet the needs.

opportunities to use and improve on the Spanish we are learning while in Texas.
Please continue to pray fo r Kristen because the temperature is averaging
around 100 degrees every day in McAlle n rig h t now.
We want to say thank you to o u r four new supporting churches we have received over the
past two months! W e are excited to see how God is going to work through us the rest of this
year. Please pray that He will use us to lead souls to Ch rist and that we will b rin g glory and
honor to His name in everything that we do. Thank you as always for your prayers and
faithful financial support! We are getting closer each month to leaving, and it is only possible
because of each of you.
