of 25% or 20%, that is the discount and supercedes any Spare or Instrument
discount you may have previously applied to those parts.
A 25% cancellation fee will be enforced for any order not canceled within 24
hours of acknowledgement from Crowcon.
A 25% restocking fee will be enforced for permissable returned goods. A
return authorization number must be obtained from Crowcon USA prior to
returning any parts or sending back warranty parts or items needing repair.

Warranty Periods
All new portable instruments (Clip, Clip+, Gasman, T3, Gas Pro, Tetra,
Triple Plus+ and Detective +) are sold with a 2 year warranty. Certain
sensors have an exception and they are listed below.
Warranties are valid on all manufacturer defects and failure of product
that is not a result of neglect, customer misuse or tampering with the
units. Consumable goods are not covered under warranty.
Spare parts purchased after the initial warranty carry a 1 year warranty.
Warranty claims must be made by calling 800-527-6926 and requesting a
Return Authorization number (RA#)

harshest industrial working conditions, the Crowcon Clip and Crowcon Clip+ reduce training time; offer
adjustable alarm levels ensuring any changes in regulation or company standards can be implemented quickly;
show real time gas reading or months left indication; include user defined gas (bump) test intervals; and run
regular self tests verifying alerts and electronics. The 1 year shelf life prior to activation date will allow stock to
be maintained, offering speedy order fulfilment to end users.
The Crowcon Clip+ can also be hibernated when not in use, ensuring that the monitor is only on when needed,
extending life by up to 50% and reducing cost over time even further.

Triple Plus+ IR Detail:
Incorporating IR detection technology the Triple Plus+ IR extends the capability of the
Triple Plus family of products allowing extended life detection of hydrocarbons and
carbon dioxide. The IR hydrocarbon sensor offers measurement in inert backgrounds at
both % LEL and % vol. levels for tank purging and inert atmosphere monitoring.
Note: Only toxic and oxygen sensor modules can be combined with IR modules, and
