Bring your party to ours for a fantastic, unforgettable evening! Our stunning party room is
fabulously decorated for the occasion. The price includes a glass of Prosecco with canapés on
arrival, half a bottle of wine, 3 course meal, coffee, entertainment and crackers.

Prior to completing the booking form we ask that you read the below Conditions of Booking.
Payments & Bookings
Please note, we do not take provisional bookings; booking for party
nights and premium dates will only be accepted upon receipt of a non
refundable deposit of £15 per person. This may be paid by cash,
cheque or debit/credit card.
These payments are made on the understanding that they are strictly
non refundable and should your numbers reduce from the original
booking this element of the deposit will not be allowed against your
final invoice.
For Party Nights, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve the balance of your
account is due for payment 14 days prior. For cancellation after this
point, or failure to arrive, the full charge per person will apply.
Any outstanding balance at the end of the event (e.g. bar drinks) will
need to be settled prior to depature.
Dress code for Party Nights is smart casual, no t-shirts or trainers.
Party Nights are not suitable for under 16’s.
For all Christmas Party Nights we require your order, in
writing, a table plan and place cards stating the individuals menu
choice, 14 days prior to the function. Parties of 11 or more may not
all be seated on one table, where possible round tables are used but
these cannot be guaranteed.
New Year’s Eve Staggered arrival times for New Year’s Eve are:
7pm, 8pm, 9pm.
Dress code for New Year’s Eve is smart lounge suits or evening wear.
Arrive at 7pm for dinner at 7.30pm or 7.45pm for dinner at 8.15pm.
Private Parties - To book a private party minimum numbers apply,
please check with venue for exact details.
Christmas Day staggered arrival times are:
11.45am to sit at 12 noon (must be vacated by 2.45pm), 12.30pm for
1pm sit down, 1.30pm for 2.00pm sit down, 2.30pm for 3pm sit down,
3.15pm for 3.30pm sit down and 3.45pm for 4pm sit down.
Your table will be allocated for the arrival time booked and we
cannot take requests for a certain area or restaurant.
To allow staff to also enjoy their Christmas, we respectfully ask that all
tables are departed the building by 7pm.
Festive Afternoon Tea is served within our dining rooms,we cannot
guarantee tables in a specific room. We can accommodate tables up
to 8 on one table, parties over this size may be on more than one table.
Please see individual event details for bar closing, music finish times
and carriages. We recommend that you pre-book taxis at this busy
period as we cannot guarantee availability without long delays.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admittance and
without refund.
We understand the dangers to those with allergies and it is your
responsibility, when booking, to make the venue aware of any
allergies you or your guests may have.
Please notify the Management prior to the event if you or you guests
have any disabilities to ensure that appropriate facilities are provided.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
The hotel is closed for Accommodation on the 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th,
28th, 29th, 30th December, 1st and 2nd January 2018.
The Restaurant, Lounge and Bar are open as normal throughout
December, excluding 24th December 2017 to 3rd January 2018
