ADP E-Time Cheat Sheet – Retracting Time Off Requests Introductory Note In order to retract your request for time off, the request needs to be in “submitted” status – pre-approval. Once a request is approved, the time off is added to your schedule – if you decide to change or retract your time off request after it is approved, you’ll need to ask your manager to remove the request for you. Locating Your Time Off Request To find your pending request for time off, go to the My Requests option on the My Information section (NOT the scheduling section!) You will be taken to a calendar-format screen, with current schedule information visible: This tutorial is based on the HTML version. The Java interface will look different. Pay attention to the “Time Period” drop-down – if the day or days you will be requesting is not visible on the current calendar, use this drop down to find the right time period. Do this first to save yourself time! At the bottom of the screen, you will see a “requests” tab. Follow the 5 steps below in order to retract your requests.
