What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
For some reason, my xbox 360 controller does not work in either of these three games. I have configured it in the GCPAD settings
and it works with all other games. I also have selected "Standard controller" for port 1 in the settings also. But no inputs are detected.
What did you expect to happen instead?
The gamepad to work automatically like the other games.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load either of the games up through Dolphin and try to play using a Gamepad.
2.Let the frustration rip your brains out.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
Dolphin 4.0
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
No i tried versions 3 but did not work
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 7 Home Premium, intel core i7 4770, Nvidia GTX 765m
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

These games don't support Gamecube controller input. You've got to use the Wii classic controller or wiimote + nunchuck.

We support emulating the wii classic controller.

Could you please provide me with instructions with how to do this? im hoping to use my xbox 360 controller as the classic controller.

you may be better off asking for help on the forums, as this is an issue tracker for bugs with the emulator.
To emulate the Classic Controller, you change the extension fro within the Wiimote Settings of Emulated Wiimote 1 to classic controller, though.
