AFT Connecticut Tri-Council Meeting: Union Approaches to Preventing Workplace Violence and Bullying Monday, November 16 ~ 5:00PM AFT Connecticut ~ 35 Marshall Road, Rocky Hill, CT AFT Connec*cut has been a leader in ge6ng some of the country’s strongest laws enacted in worker health and safety and healthcare workplace violence preven*on. The challenge now is guaranteeing that employers are implemen*ng mandated programs. AFT Connec*cut affiliated local unions will play a major role in that endeavor. AFT’s Department of Health, Safety, and Well-‐Being will be on-‐hand to demonstrate site-‐specific (educa*on, public employment and healthcare) training that we can bring to your local.
